Project Description: FHP Partnership were appointed by Hammersons to design the mechanical and electrical services associated with the replacement of all Landlord’s central plant and refurbishment of Landlord’s/common areas, followed by full refurbishment of all Tenant’s office areas on a phased basis, keeping the building operating at all times.
