Project Description: FHP Partnership were appointed by Taylor Woodrow Construction to design the services associated with the construction of a new PFI project comprising a 6 storey office block with 2 floors of basement car parking for occupation by Sheffield City Council as a ground floor one-stop-shop facility with associated town hall office facility above.
