Project Description: FHP Partnership carried out a pre-acquisition survey and report on the services on behalf of the Client, Tops Shops Estates plc, and following the purchase of the centre FHP Partnership carried out the design of all of the services associated with the extensive remodelling and refurbishment of the shopping centre.

The works to the services were all undertaken without disruption to the operation of the centre, which remained trading throughout the refurbishment.

Services Provided: Modifications to mall smoke extract systems Modifications to mall sprinkler systems Modifications to fire alarm systems Provision of new electricity, water, sprinkler and fire alarm interface units to each shop unit New mall lighting throughout New CCTV systems New M&E services installations to landlord’s areas Interconnection of new services to existing systems New escalators to malls and lifts to landlord’s areas.
