Project Description: FHP Partnership were appointed by Tops Shop Estates plc to design the mechanical and electrical services associated with the complete refurbishment of the top three floors of office accommodation, complete with total replacement of curtain walling system, and renewal of all central plant and distribution systems, etc, with existing tenants remaining in-situ on lower four floors of the building.

All existing services to lower floors to be kept fully operational throughout the installation of the new systems.
