The site at 60-72 Short’s Gardens has a rich heritage, including being used by a London power company to distribute electricity - and potentially by the MoD for production of munitions - during World War 2.

Since then, the property has comprised tenanted commercial offices. Development of the site commenced in 2019 and aims to make it more user friendly and sustainable. It will provide both refurbished and newly created office space, plus four new apartments, as well as a new restaurant/bar at basement level, enabling a creative and culturally rich space to be brought back to life within the historic Covent Garden area.
